一大波“李鬼”淘宝客服正在靠近！！
3月8日，卖家小吴的网店刚开业就有一名顾客看上了他的一件货品并下了单，之后，顾客告诉他：不能付账。作为新手的小吴搞不清楚状况，打开自己的店铺研究起来。不一会儿，阿里旺旺自动跳出一位自称“支付宝客服”的人员，对方称小吴的店铺被暂时冻结了，如果不在支付宝内存1000元消费者保障押金，小吴的支付宝交易将永久性冻结。由于小吴对支付宝的规则一知半解，小吴赶紧联系那个“客服”并与对方攀谈起来，逐渐相信对方。小吴如实填写了资料并汇入支付宝1000元钱。“客服”索要了小吴的验证码，没多久小吴发现支付宝里的钱已被领走，这时才发现原来“客服”是假的。
在淘宝上的交易过程中，嫌疑人一般会冒充淘宝客服、买家、卖家的形式出现，谎称淘宝交易出现问题，需要远程操作报案人电脑或者套取报案人银行卡及手机验证码，来骗取钱财。
经营网店的卖家若碰到顾客无法支付的情况，不要轻信所谓的“客服”。对于自称是淘宝客服、支付宝客服的用户，需要与正宗的客服电话进行联系并确认。此外，在网上，对任何人都不能透露自己的支付宝、银行密码及其关联的短信认证信息。
